NHS Trust in Oxford to set up contract for legal services worth up to £1m

An NHS trust has kicked off the procurement of a contract for legal services worth up to £1m.

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust said the legal services covered by the contract would include, but were not limited to, “the giving of advice, the drafting of agreements or instruments and the conduct of proceedings with any proprietary or preliminary work relating thereto, concerning any interest of the Trust”.

The trust said the contract, which will start on 1 April 2014 and run until 31 March 2022, was suitable for smaller suppliers.

The deadline is 5 January 2015.
