- Details
A housing association in the East of England has kicked off the procurement of a legal services framework worth more than £1m over three years.
The agreement being set up by Norwich-headquartered Broadland Housing Group is expected to cover “the provision of general legal services, development legal services, and all aspects of housing management legal services serving the Norfolk and Suffolk region”.
The group said a comprehensive range of services would be included in the coverage of the contract. These would involve “property and litigation, construction and contract, commercial and public sector housing management legal services”.
The agreement will initially last for a period of three years. However, depending on the performance and technical capacity of the suppliers, it could be extended by a further two years.
Broadland envisages a minimum number of three operators and a maximum of five.
