Ten law firms have been appointed to a legal services framework set up by the Generate Group of housing providers in the North West.

The firms will advise on housing, property, employment and pensions, corporate and governance, commercial, funding, litigation, business restructuring and projects.

The successful firms were:

  • Weightmans

Sian Evans, head of social housing at Weightmans, said: “The Generate Legal Framework will open the door to a whole range of new clients with which we want to build strong, long-standing relationships.

“At a time when social housing providers face severe budget cuts, their services providers must show what they offer represents value for money.”
