An international business law firm has hired two senior lawyers to head up a specialist social housing litigation boutique.
The new practice – to be called BBMR – has been set up by Miller Rosenfalck and will be run out of offices in London and St Albans.
It will be led by Simon Braun and Angela Byrne, consultants at Hertfordshire-based Perrins Solicitors.
Miller Rosenfalck managing partner Stuart Miller said: “We are delighted to have the opportunity to work with such highly regarded social housing lawyers as Simon and Angela. Their local authority and housing association clients will benefit not only from their specialist social housing expertise but the firm’s wider resources in dispute resolution, employment, property, corporate & commercial law.”
