Wiltshire-based housing association launches £700k legal services procurement
A housing association in Wiltshire has kicked off a procurement exercise for a legal services framework worth £700,000 over four years.
Trowbridge-based Selwood Housing Society has divided the service into two lots:
- Construction and contract (including general) legal services: these include property and litigation, health and safety, corporate governance, development and commercial; and
- Housing related legal services: these include anti-social behaviour, tenancy management, changes in legislation, maintenance issues, access issues, leaseholder advice and leaseholder tribunals.
Selwood said it envisaged appointing up to three suppliers.
