Group of housing providers and commercial entities to procure £5m legal services framework for 2023-27

The Sovini Group, whose activities include managing two registered providers, has launched the procurement of its next legal services framework worth an estimated £5m.
The two registered providers, One Vision Housing and Pine Court Housing Association, manage more than 13,500 homes in the North West.
The Sovini Group also runs a number of commercial businesses – ranging from a trade suppliers to a scaffolding company – that trade independently. Profits generated are invested in building and maintaining affordable houses.
The Legal Services Framework 2023-2027 is due to last for 48 months and has been divided into the following lots:
- Corporate.
- Housing and Neighbourhood Management.
- Leasehold and Commercial Units.
- Disrepair and Asset Management related services.
- Development (incl. Land, Construction and Sales).
In March 2019 the group appointed 10 law firms to a framework worth £4-5m.
