A social housing group has issued a prior information notice for the procurement of a legal services framework worth an estimated £1.5m over four years.
Based in the mid-Mersey region and the North West, Torus combines Golden Gates Housing Trust and Helena Partnerships. It has 22,000 homes, a £102m annual turnover and £412m asset value.
Torus said the scope of the services were likely to include (although other services may be added): Property; Development; Corporate and Finance; Employment; Housing Management and General Commercial.
The group expects to publish the contract notice on 15 March 2017.
