L&Q to procure £1m legal services for corporate real estate deals

One of the UK’s largest housing providers, London and Quadrant Housing Trust, is to procure £1m in legal services relating to potential high-value and/or complex corporate real estate transactions.
The services will include:
- the provision of legal services related to potentially generally high value and/or complex corporate real estate transactions
- the provision of legal services related specifically to the potential corporate acquisitions of two strategic land and/or housebuilding companies, and
- the provision of legal services relating to alternative structures that would satisfy L&Q’s strategic ambitions.
The arrangements are expected to be in place for 36 months.
The L&Q Group houses around 250,000 people in more than 95,000 homes, primarily across London and the South East.

£35,833 per annum, rising to £37,356 after probation
