L&Q to procure £1m legal services for corporate real estate deals

The services will include:

1. the provision of legal services related to potentially generally high value and/or complex corporate real estate transactions
2. the provision of legal services related specifically to the potential corporate acquisitions of two strategic land and/or housebuilding companies, and
3. the provision of legal services relating to alternative structures that would satisfy L&Q’s strategic ambitions.

The arrangements are expected to be in place for 36 months.
