North of England social landlord to set up legal services framework agreement

THG has more than 38,000 homes mainly across the Yorkshire and Lancashire areas.

It said suppliers appointed to the framework would be required to provide a comprehensive set of legal services and advice across a range of defined work streams.

Each supplier will be required to provide a minimum of 95% of all elements defined within the scope of all work streams.

THG plans to appoint a minimum of two and a maximum of four suppliers to its framework agreement.

“Firms appointed to the framework will act as preferred suppliers to THG in the provision of legal services, however appointment to the framework should not be considered to confer any guarantee of a minimum or overall level of work,” it added.

The contract is due to run from 1 May 2019 until 30 April 2023.
