Housing association names 15 law firms to £30m legal services framework

One of the largest housing associations in London and the South East, Notting Hill Genesis, has appointed 15 law firms to a legal services framework worth an estimated £30m.
The framework was divided into the following lots:
1A. Development and Regeneration (Simple).
1B. Development and Regeneration (Complex).
2. Employment and Health and Safety.
3. Residential Services.
4. Corporate and Governance.
5. Treasury and Finance.
6. Conveyancing.

Notting Hill Genesis provides homes for around 170,000 people in 55,000 properties across the capital and a further 9,000 in the home counties and East Anglia.
It was formed in April 2018 from Notting Hill Housing and Genesis Housing Association.
