Bevan Brittan advises housing providers on merger

Law firm Bevan Brittan has advised Catalyst Housing Group and Aldwyck Housing Group on a merger that will see the combined group own and manage 32,000 homes.

Catalyst provides a wide range of affordable housing options in London and the South East. Aldwyck is a leading housing provider in the East of England.

The combined group has an aspiration to deliver 1,300 homes a year by 2022.

Bevan Brittan provided advice on the corporate governance aspects of the merger, as well as support with due diligence and HR/pensions issues.
