Scottish housing associations to procure joint legal services panel

Clydebank Housing Association and Elderpark Housing Association have divided the agreement into the following lots:

1. General Legal, Contractual, Procurement, Construction, Acquisitions and Property Conveyancing.
2. Housing and Estate Management which includes Factoring.
3. Governance, Financial Management, Charity and Employment Law.

The contract will be awarded on the basis of quality (weighting: 70%) and cost (weighting: 30%).

The framework will be for a three-year period with the option to extend for two x single one-year periods.

Each housing association will be free to decide to renew separately.
