The largest social housing provider in North Lincolnshire, Ongo Homes, has appointed seven law firms to provide legal services worth an estimated £2.24m.
The successful firms were:
- Bermans.
- Devonshires.
- Forbes.
- Knights.
- MSB Solicitors.
- Trowers & Hamlins.
- Wilkin Chapman.
The firms were appointed through the legal services dynamic purchasing system put in place by Places for People Group.
The contracts were awarded on the basis of quality (weighting: 60) and cost (weighting: 40).
Ongo Homes provides 10,000 homes for people on social or affordable rent.
