Lincolnshire social landlord to set up £500k legal services framework

The Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP), which manages 12,700 homes on the east coast of the county, is to establish a multi-provider legal services framework agreement worth an estimated £500,000.

There are three lots on the framework (bidders can bid for one lot or more):

  1. Housing Management and Leasehold.
  2. Employment and Equalities.
  3. Property Transactions and Development.

The contract will start on 5 October 2020 and run until 4 October 2024. There will be a possibility of extending the term for a period of 3 x 12 additional months beyond the initial contracted duration by mutual agreement between LHP and the provider.

LHP said: “Firms with strong local knowledge in the Lincolnshire area are most welcome to bid. LHP is people focused organisation and wish to engage with firms who understand local demographic, local housing market and local employment in Lincolnshire.”

It said it intends to use the suppliers on this framework alongside other frameworks available nationally, adding that LHP engages regularly with nationally firms via the CCS legal framework.
