North West social landlord names 12 firms to £13m legal services framework

The organisation, which operates in more than 30 local authority areas, divided the framework into the following lots:

1. Corporate, Governance, Financial and Securitisation (estimated value: £5.38m).
2. Housing Management and Commercial (estimated value: £3.64m).
3. Property, Development and Construction (estimated value: £4.04m).
4. HR (estimated value: £404,000).

The successful firms were:

• Capsticks (1, 2, 3)
• Clarke Willmott (2)
• Devonshires (1, 2, 3, 4)
• Forbes (1, 2, 3, 4)
• Glazer Delmar (2)
• Knights (1, 2, 3, 4)
• MSB Solicitors (2, 3)
• PricewaterhouseCoopers (4)
• Roythornes (2, 3)
• Shakespeare Martineau (2, 3)
• Weightmans (2, 3, 4)

The contract, which is to run until 12 October 2024, was awarded on the basis of experience (weighting: 35), contract management (weighting: 10), social value (weighting: 15) and price (weighting: 40).
