Social landlord appoints seven law firms to £5m legal services framework

Details

A housing association with more than 28,000 homes across the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands, Your Housing, has appointed seven providers to a legal services framework worth an estimated £5m over four years.

The framework was divided into five lots:

  1. Development and Specialist Property Transactions.
  2. Sales and Routine Property Transactions.
  3. Corporate and Finance.
  4. Employment and HR.
  5. Housing Management Including Out of Hours Service.

The successful firms were:

  • Bevan Brittan (Lots 1, 2, 5)
  • Brabners (2, 4, 5)
  • Capsticks (3)
  • Clarke Willmott (5)
  • Devonshires (1, 2, 3)
  • Knights (2)
  • Shoosmiths (1)

The panel will run until 30 April 2025.
