Housing regulator to procure £850,000 legal services panel

The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) is to procure a new legal panel for services worth an estimated £850,000 over four years.
The framework will comprise of two lots:
- Regulator Services; and
- General Services.
The RSH said: “If appointed to one or more Lots under the Framework, firms will be eligible to be awarded work from the Regulator of Social Housing through call-off instructions issued in accordance with the Framework.
“The Framework will provide a flexible legal resource to support delivery of the regulatory function and to support the Regulator of Social Housing as a corporate entity.”
The contract is expected to start on 1 May 2022 and end on 30 April 2026.
In 2018 the RSH appointed six law firms to its current framework.
Head of the Police National Legal Database (PNLD)
£70,575 - £75,180 per annum
Senior Legal Advisor (Childcare)
£40,643 - £54,423 per annum, plus Market Supplement of up to £7,500 per annum (dependant on experience)
Contracts and Procurement Lawyer
£42,839 - £46,142 per annum, plus a £5,000 welcome payment
Litigation Lawyer (Civil and Criminal)
£45,091 to £48,226
Senior Solicitor (Contract & Procurement)
£51,356 - £54,495 (pay award pending)
Lawyer (Contracts)
£55,323 - £65,181 per annum
