Regulator of Social Housing names five firms to £850k legal services panel

The Regulator of Social Housing has appointed five law firms to a legal services framework worth an estimated £850,000.

The framework was divided into two lots:

  1. Regulatory Services
  2. General Legal Services

The successful firms were:

  • Bevan Brittan (Lots 1, 2)
  • CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang (1, 2)
  • Mills & Reeve (1, 2)
  • Norton Rose Fulbright (2)
  • Trowers & Hamlins (1, 2)

The contract was awarded on the basis of quality (weighting: 70), social value (weighting: 10) and price (weighting: 20).

The contract starts on 2 May 2022 and is expected to end on 30 April 2026.
