East Midlands social landlord selects Capsticks as sole provider of housing management services on three-year deal

Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA) has appointed law firm Capsticks as sole provider of housing management services for three years.

The firm will advise NCHA on all areas of housing management including:

  • access issues
  • ASB
  • housing management
  • disrepair
  • leasehold and freehold
  • rent arrears and debt.

NCHA houses more than 20,000 people across the East Midlands and manages 10,000 homes in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland.

It works with 19 local authorities to build new affordable homes that meet local need. This includes homes for sale, rent and shared ownership

NCHA also delivers more than 900,000 hours of care and support per year to vulnerable adults across the region.
