Social landlord names 12 law firms to £9.9m legal services framework
One of the largest housing providers in the South of England, VIVID, has appointed 12 suppliers to a legal services framework worth an estimated £9.9m over four years.
The framework was divided into five lots:
- Land and development
- Property sales
- Housing and leasehold
- Corporate - Finance, Procurement, Charity Law, Governance and Employment Law
- Disrepair
The successful firms were:

- Bevan Brittan
- Capsticks Solicitors
- Clarke Willmott
- Devonshires Solicitors
- Foot Anstey
- Penningtons Manches Cooper
- Sharratts (London)
- Trowers & Hamlins
- Winckworth Sherwood
- Talbots Law
- Anthony Collins Solicitors LLP
The contract will run until 26 November 2027.
VIVID has 34,000 homes across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and West Sussex.
