Social landlord names 12 law firms to £9.9m legal services framework

The framework was divided into five lots:

1. Land and development
2. Property sales
3. Housing and leasehold
4. Corporate - Finance, Procurement, Charity Law, Governance and Employment Law
5. Disrepair

The successful firms were:

The contract will run until 26 November 2027.

VIVID has 34,000 homes across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and West Sussex.
