Freddie Humphreys will provide a user-friendly overview, informed by relevant case law and real-world examples, to the drafting of planning policies that actually do what you want them to do.
The talk is aimed at anyone involved in the drafting of planning policies and will focus on providing practical insights to help achieve success. Freddie advises on the preparation of local plans and so understands the difficulties encountered when writing policy but from his work on planning appeals, he knows the scrutiny that policies can come under and how important it is to get their drafting right.
The recording, along with any accompanying slides or notes, will be available to all registered attendees and on our website under the ‘Resources’ section shortly after the live session, typically by the next working day.
