LIDW 2026: Enduring Foundations, High-Stakes Futures: Navigating Nuclear Project Disputes in a New Era of Energy Demand - 39 Essex Chambers
The global nuclear power renaissance is well underway. With trillions in projected investment, reactors spanning multiple decades of construction and operation, and sovereign governments deeply embedded in financing and regulation, nuclear projects present dispute resolution challenges that are categorically different from conventional infrastructure. This session examines those challenges through the lens of LIDW 2026’s theme: Tradition, Trust and Transformation, bringing together leading practitioners and counsel from the nuclear industry to chart the landscape from contract inception to decommissioning.
