During the webinar, Graham will consider:
- The medical law issues surrounding in vitro fertilization (IVF)
- The rights of an embryo
- The challenges associated with keeping laws up to date with technological advancements

Since 1996, Graham has continuously acted as legal adviser to the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority. In that role, he has advised on medical law issues concerning the use, storage and genetic testing of human embryos and defended numerous judicial review challenges, some of which reached the Court of Appeal and House of Lords. He gave evidence before a Select Committee of the House of Commons on the regulation of human cloning following the birth of “Dolly the sheep”.
