About Me:
Wendy Grant is an Independent Social Worker with extensive experience in social work over a period of 30 years. Wendy has working in various local authority children and family services including child protection. She draws on experience gained in the family justice system, specifically private law, to provide a specialist service to parents who are embroiled in parental disputes and/or private law proceedings.
Divorce and Private Law proceedings can be a very daunting experience.
My aim is to provide support to separated parents who are experiencing co-parenting disputes and/or stuck in private law proceedings and feeling lost, frustrated or confused by the process.

If you find you time spent answering the same questions or you find your services extending beyond your legal expertise, I can help with provided extra support to your clients. My intervention service is designed to run parallel to the court proceedings, with the flexibility needed to ensure your client has a safe space for your client to debrief and empower your clients to continue their journey.
If your client needs ongoing after a final order and your legal expertise has come to an end, I am here to support your client with implementation of any final order made.
Social and Health Care Professionals
Whether you are a Local Authority Children’s Services Social Worker or a Housing Manager or Health Care professional, if your client is going through divorce and/or separation and no longer meetings your public care remit, I am here to help. I offer a specialised intervention service that is professional and tailored to meet your client’s specific needs.
Service delivery:
Our services are delivered online, at a time convenient and mostly between 6 – 8pm.
Courses will be run once per month on Saturdays with a possibility of a Thursday evening course starting in June.
